Guild Wars 2

I crashed while exploring Snowden Drifts yesterday around 4p.m. I engaged an enemy and froze while fighting. After a few minutes the game completely crashed. Since then I have not been able to log into my main character. I can log into my secondary characters no problem. Every time I try logging into my main, the loading screen freezes and prompts me to send an error report to Arena. I am still waiting to hear from technical support both in game and out. Has anyone experienced something similar and what was the resolution if any? Did anyone else bug out of Snowden Drifts yesterday?

Well, since it seems to be an individual and localized issue maybe you better contacting Support through the link above in this page (not sure if you already did it). Also, you won’t get any responses for in-game reports, as stated by the tool itself.

A suggestion I could give is trying to repair your game, maybe something got corrupted with the crash. Instructions about it can be found here: https://help.guildwars2.com/entries/28148006-Repairing-the-Game-Client

i have already repaired the game client and contacted support. Still not working after repair and of course no word from support yet. Going through some posts I see people have had this same issues in the very same area.

i did get a response, but no luck with what they had me do. I think I might just have to let my character go. Thank goodness I am not a very high lvl yet. Only 26, but still….fingers crossed on a resolution
