Basically I log in and I can’t get out through the way point. There is at least one other besides me.

I have the same problem. When I log in i can do nothing and the waypoint doesn’t work. See screenshot. Character is “Mr Necropi”.

Can you get into the Heart of the Mists? I never tried to do that when I was downed so dunno if that will work.
i tried to jump to wvw and it didn’t work
The Heart of the Mists also didn’t work.
