Guild Wars 2

My one character, my level 80 Necromancer, cannot load certain zones: Malchor’s Leap, Straits of Desolation, Sparkfly Fen, and (strangely) Diessa Plateau. I can get into all of these fine on my other characters, who were created recently as opposed to my Necro who was created towards the release of the game. It’s also not an IP problem, because it works just fine on a computer (which has lower specs than my original one). My question is: does anyone else have problems with this? Is there a way to fix this?
I’ve deleted the local.dat, I’ve reinstalled, I’ve tried guesting on other servers. Any help would be appreciated.

I got disconnected twice now while loading into Eternal Battlegrounds, EotM wortked fine, while waiting for the queue to pop.
Now i am trying to log back in and had several problems.
After character selection i got an error message that the world i attempt to join is full and party members should join me instead.
I logged back into character selection and opened world selection and got disconnected.
Now i cant get into character selection because it says transfer in progress.
