Ever since I upgraded my Windows 8 laptop to the new 10, when I login for the first time, the loading screen doesn’t go away. The spinning circle then freezes as well and I am able to interact with NPC’s and such as per normal, though I can’t see anything. IE: Lion’s Arch loading screen will still be on my screen but if I use my movement keys, I can hear my character running around and can even hear when I talk to NPC’s if I use my interact key. Basically, the loading screen just persists even if the map is done loading.
