Guild Wars 2

My character is now max level and I have yet to receive the mail which will allow me to start the ch. 7 personal story quest Forging the pact.
I have attempted re-instancing , running The mission with other players, re-logging.

I initially started this quest three years ago when the game was first released.

You could try deleting all your in-game Mail, and picking up all items and Gold from the Trading Post.

You could contact the CS Team via the ‘Support’ link above/below and ‘Submit a Ticket’ for assistance.

There have been some issues because of the PS changes in the past.
