Guild Wars 2

Hello guys,

I just started playing the game, which looks fun but buggy on my end for some reason.

When I first started playing the game crashed and gave me an error message. I deleted it and re-installed it. Now the game doesn’t crash, but I do have the following problem:

First, when launching the game there is nothing where the character model should appear.

Second, playing as a Norn warrior, there is a mission to give trophies to Ido the Tanner. When I click to talk to Ido the game gets stuck, with animations still running but no cutscene opening.

What’s the problem? Please don’t tell me I have to re-download the 20 gig game all over.
