Stuck with sPvP map Result Screen for Day’s.

Day 1: (WensDay Evening)
Was Qued for Ranked Arenas .. Got to the map Selection where
the map [Forest of Niflhel] Was Drawn from selection .. then
it got stuck like so …

Filed a Bug-Report Ticket to the Competitive/sPvP Department.

Day 2: (ThursDay)

Filed Anouther Bug-Report Ticket to the Competitive/sPvP Department.
Made a post regarding the issue in thread:

Day 3: (Friday)

filed a Bug-Report Ticket to User Interface/Art Visual Department.

Day 4: (SaturDay)

I am now making this Thread/post .. i find it unacceptable that
i have not even had one responce regarding this Issue.

Perhaps you have too many Customers to attend to .. and if that
is the case, then perhaps i should volounteer to lessen your
workload by taking my Business elsewhere.

hmm… maybe a corrupted file in the installation?

I know it’s a real pain in the backside, but have you tried freshly re-installing the game?

Hey there .. this Bug has followed me through 2 updates to the game .. and (as far as i know) has to be solved by (For example a Programmer) who would go in and manually remove the Problem.

Based upon observations from that other Thread i posted in that is linked to in this Thread.

That’s terrible… LOL… would really annoy me… ROFL… how absolutely irritating… IMAO… hope it gets sorted soonDDDD

Advice .. Help .. Support and or Assistance .. i’d be grateful for anything at this point ^^

If one core file broke, an update wouldn’t necessarily fix it (if said file isn’t touched).

Try a full uninstall then a CCLeaner for leftover files, then re-download and re-install.

Have you raised a support ticket from the website, not from in game? Reporting it in game won’t get you a response from customer service, so for something like this it’d be worth raising a ticket from the website.

I highly suspect that this problem is not on the client’s side .. but let’s say it is.
In that case (For Example a Programmer) would then need remote access to
the ClientSide System to fix this Problem .. or he would recommend a
Re-install as you did.

Looking at how the Programmer handled the Identical Issue in that
Thread, lead’s me to this Conclusion.

Hey there Stitch.

I did not know one could or should raise Support Tickets from the WebSite.
It sound’s like a good idea to try … thanks there for the idea ^^

But this then also makes me wonder why they would have a [Bug Report]
Function in the game if it is not to be used.

It’s not that it’s not to be used, it’s that each is to be used in different circumstances. The in game report is for issues that require a fix in the game as a whole rather than to your account e.g. events bugging out. The website tickets are for issue affecting your account, and where you need a response from customer service.

If that is the case then perhaps they should get an intern
to relay the intel between the Different Departments ..
Possibly as a Bonus, said intern could even walk past the
Espresso machine on the Way there …
That’s a Potential Win-Win situation in my book!

If i would require Education to do part of the Job for the
Company, then i would expect to get a salary for that too.

As it is i am just the Clue-Less Customer reporting an Issue
to the best of my ability.

Day 7: (TuesDay)

A Large Undead Dragon was roaming the Coast.

Fortunately .. the Map Result’s Screen Came to
the Rescue and slew the creature “Allmost”
Single-Handedly.
