So apparently I had just missed Noll when he disappeared. Right after a whole lot of players talked to him at the same time.

Not sure what the cause is/was but Noll is missing in Crystal Desert Server too

Missing from Ehmry Bay server as well.

I think they acknowledged this bug and another with canach on twitter they’re working on fixes.

Missing on blackgate as well.
