Bugged on Tarnished Coast, nothing happens when you try to talk to him.
Right after reset he stood up, there was a fight, but there was nothing that he did afterwards. I couldn’t activate conversation and got no new mail.
Also Tarnished Coast.
Far shiver peaks too.
Event ran once after little patch, but he does not talk to anyone who completed the event. Now the evens won’t respawn again.
For an event that we have only a weekend to run, this is a real waste of time.
I would suggest maybe some testing of things for the next one of these weekends that Anet plans.

Please fix this!!! Would be nice to have a 2 day event not bugged so we can actually complete it!! Noll doesn’t do anything but sit there!
