It has been reported several times already, but unfortunately I can’t find any of the threads right now. Were you climbing down or running down a cliff when it happened? Or were you jumping out of water?
It happened a year ago too, across many maps in pve. It was quite interesting. Certain ways to trigger it, namely jumping around/movement skills. It happens when the map is laggy and it freaks out. Since the map lag, skills not activating, and other oddities have been going on a lot, I am not surprised to see this again as well.
