Ex. If i summon the wurm on the third floor of a building and i go down to the second floor. If i choose to teleport back to the wurm. Shouldn’t i be teleported back to its exact position on the third floor?

Or it does not work like that?

It will always teleport me UNDER the wurms position if i placed the wurm on a level/story above me.

Intended. Flesh Wurm is actually a shadowstep rather than a teleport. This is to prevent the necro from gaining access to areas they otherwise could not reach (namely in WvW, but applicable in all game modes).
