Is it that the item isn’t there or is there but is grayed out? Either way, the item is part of a collection (HOPE I: Research), so if you haven’t unlocked the appropriate collection, then it won’t let you purchase it. If you do have the collection unlocked but he won’t let you purchase it, then I would guess you have something more serious going on.
it is more serious. It’s the Alt effect. It was in another character inventory and has now been located. kitten kids not talking to each other or their parents!
