I know several people have finished this one already, but now using the Illuminator beside the Energy Conflux near the diving platform above the “Not So Secret” JP does NOT fill the collection. It’ s my very last one to do!

It’s as if you’re going up for the Diving Goggles – new platform to leap to.

You have to jump on the strange thing above the airship. (Only accessible when you climb the platforms for the dive.)
