My Super Staff has Sigil of Luck on it but the name of Staff still has suffix “Accuracy”
and the Sigil of Luck never give me Luck counter when I kill monsters.

(I crafted the staff myself and use super staff skin to modify it)

Maybe a staff specific issue. Works fine on a friend’s GS and spear even though they also say “of Accuracy”. I think there is also some other issue where sometimes if you are downed you can’t rebuild stacks until you go back to character selection and load back in.
