The fourth tier of the Superior Rune of Balthazar (giving 5s of haste when below 20% health once every 90s) isn’t activating whatsoever, at least in PvE.

Confirmed, the Balthazar runes 4 set bonus only activates the haste effect and does not give quickness. The haste buff only stops you from regenerating endurance instead of giving what was likely meant to be the quickness effect included in the haste effect.

Giving this more notice, as it stands this punishes you for using the rune set, as it stops you from regenerating endurance with no upside.

This is still not working, and is a major detriment to the rune as a whole.

Bumping this thread because it isn’t activating for me either.

Another bump, this still isn’t fixed or even acknowledged. Still only cripples you in combat when you need endurance the most.

Haste shouldnt give quickness – those are 2 different buffs. Haste is a fun buff to have in PvP (and is very abused by “Pistol Whip” thieves and “100 blades” warriors): you have animation and cooldowns halved for buff duration meaning you can pack twice as much skills in that timeframe and kill your opponent before he kills you.

What they mean, zbrkesbr, is that it doesn’t apply the double animation/skill that you should get while under haste. Yeah, the bug on the rune still isn’t fixed yet.
