Superior Rune of Perplexity set bonus bug
This has been reported multiple times, it even is noted on the wiki as being bugged…
That set has only been out like 6 months or so, give them another year and they will worry about fixing them….

Try to create a group of people who will spam bugs in forum by talking about bugs, and discuss about them.. Every day slowly so thread can never die… Maybe then they notice bugs, or maybe then they employ someone to fix bugs..
They should really employ people not 1 but a lots of them to fix all those bugs…
I’ve been noticing it recently, but it turns out the 6th effect is bugged in combination with the parasites debuff from the Champion husks at the THW event in Bloodtide. The game views the debuff as being applied by yourself instead of the husk. As a result, if you get stunned and interrupted, the 6th rune set applies the 5 stacks of confusion to yourself.
Yes it’s a massive bump, it’s also providing new information regarding the topic, and I cant create a new thread.
Instead of fixing they should remove it altogether from the game. I think lots of people would love to see that happen.

If they fix the confusion duration they better fix the inconsistency of the cooldown on this rune and nerf it again. I do not have the severe hatred many have of condi, but I don’t care to play it as much as power in WvW. This rune though is itself a bit overpowered even with the +duration not functioning. But the 6th rune bonus is not in line with other similar runes. 15s cooldown… and 5 stacks… already for 8 seconds? Really? >.>
I mean, a build that has no confusion application in it at all can apply 8 stacks for 5+ seconds just because of this rune.
Go look at all the other runes, and realize how long between activation they really are. Some seem as strong, or have faster cooldowns… until you look at what they require to activate. Elite skill, or Heal skill. Elite requirement essentially negates any cooldown they have listed because almost every elite is 90s or more. And even then, they don’t apply 5 stacks of a condition.
No, for this to be fixed correctly, it needs to be properly balanced as well. Likely reduce the 4th rune bonus to 2 stacks, perhaps change cooldown to 20s, and change the 6th to probably 3 stacks, leave at 8s duration, cooldown 20-25s although maybe 15s would still be fine, or leave at 5 stacks, duration 5s, cooldown 25s. Something along those lines would be much more similar to other runes
(I think only similar ‘op’ rune would be Rune of Grenth, and that I would say surely needs a cooldown change except… it’s also tied to heal skill and not to a lot of cc effects)
