I have tested the runes of speed in pvp and found that the 6th does not work at all. I have heard rumours of the 6th affect not working for pve too but have not tested yet. I do know that the runes of the traveler +25% speed boost does work in pve. If anyone can confirm Superior Rune of Speeds 6th is entirely bugged for pve too that would be much appreciated.

Heya. It’s been reported recently and a dev has also responded on the matter that they are aware of it and will look to fix it.

Well I hope they fix this in the next update. The usefulness for these runes for a mesmer, necro, guard, etc would be pretty wonderful.
