see title. The bonus that it gives is mismatched from the tooltips displayed when hovering over. Intentional or error?
Gives +50 healing rather than +50 power.

Werent they supposed to have fixed that in an earlier patch?

They were supposed to have fixed it yes, but they failed. It’s still not fixed.
