Can anyone confirm this? I spent about 30 mins on mobs in orr with a buddy of mine and not once, on any mob ever, did i see the #4 ability to grant swiftness might and fury proc! Not 1 time in 30 minutes….. Is it working for anyone else?

I haven’t seen it would grant the effect. I think the devs confused hit and attack. The description clearly says it grants the effect on attack. In the patch notes they state “on-hit effect”.

It also still gives 50 healing bonus on (3) and not 50 power.

Wow I can’t believe its still not working right, Jesus Arena Net come on man. I’m not going to rant about it but seriously??? After how long?chalk it up to yet ANOTHER bug in the game………seems to be a million of them. I want my 4.5 gold back i just spent in your auction house. Yeah that will happen..lol

Lol, it is pretty funny. They announced they fixed half of the problem, the half no one cared about, and instead they didn’t fix any of it at all.

Please to be fixing (3)’s missing 50 power when you eventually actually fix (4)!

Well I submitted a bug report, not that it will do any good whatsoever. They never reply, never fix stuff correctly and when they do fix it, it breaks something else in game. So frustrated with Arena Net right now. Get it together guys, you made an awesome game but mechanics like this should have been done a LOOOOONG time ago. Like fixed after Beta!

I’ve just done some testing of it, the howl proc does trigger, when YOU are attacked, it does seem to be about
5%, though I could never get it to trigger when only one thing was attacking me.

I still consider it broken, as the tooltip says it’s supposed to trigger when /you/ attack.
Either the tool tip should be changed to reflect how they want it to
behave, or the effect should be changed to match the tool tip.

And I wasn’t even aware of any other bug with the proc, it seemed to come up at 5% on being hit before
this patch, so I’m not sure what changed.
Seems like there’s been a miscommunication between the testers and support devs.

Either way its not working and I am out 4.5 gold. Fix it A-net.
