and its procin when u are hited , not when u attack ( dont know if its gonna help)
its proc but doesnt gives the boons.
I can confirm this 4/6 bonus is not going off when attacking, but rather when hit. The howling wolf animation is displayed above my head, but no boons are applied to myself or allies around me.
Here is the description from the rune.
(4): 5% chance to grant nearby allies might, fury, and swiftness when you attack. (Cooldown: 10s)
I REALLY hope they fix it to work as described rather than change the text to when hit. All the procs when hit don’t really help glass cannon type builds. You know, the type that would probably be interested in this set.
Edit: Also, the (3): +50 Power is not being added on your character sheet when 3 runes are equipped.

Confirmed another person who does not receive the buffs when it procs.
I’m with Trik, I hope it will function as the description says rather than when we are hit – I blew a fair chunk of my $ to get this set on my mesmer, and he rarely takes hits.

No it is not and the 4th bonus is not only thing that is broken with the rune set. Also the 3rd bonus +50 power is not applied either.
Yeah, would be nice to get this fixed and also the 3 piece bonus is not appying (+50 Power).
I can also confirm what has been said about the rune effects.
(4) not working on attack and (3)+50 power not applied,
I also do not receive the (3) +50 power bonus. Wiki says it applies +50 healing power instead.
Can we get someone to confirm what’s going on with this rune? Nearly a month has gone by without any update on the Rune bugs.
Simply unacceptable response time.
Just wanted to add to this post I just purchased 4 set MAJOR RUNE OF THE PACK, same 4 set effect which DOES NOT work also.
PS I’m ranged engineer so any attack they use rifle/grenades/bombs does not proc.
After the patch still not reflecting the 3rd set bonus of +50 power. Could we get someone to look at this set as only 4 out of the 6 runes actually work. The ones not reflecting or working as the tooltip shows are set bonus 3 and 4.
