The bug is i need to take down of 5 pieces of my gear and equip them every respawn to get 2nd and 4rd runes bonus.

Until it is fixed you can bind a key to toggle Town Clothes. Switching to Town Clothes and back is the same as removing all your armor and re-equipping them which is a workaround for the runes being bugged following death.
