Hi,
The lightning strike proc never seems to go off when using a speargun with a Superior Sigil of Air in it. Tested it with 80% crit rate on a thief. I’m not sure if this affects other sigils or weapons, but if anyone else has additional information they would like to add it should help.

Does not work with Fire either. Possibly intentional?

I thought I read something about sigils working differently underwater, but I can’t seem to find it anywhere. Was hoping there would be an official response or if someone could point out one, since I can’t think of a reason why they wouldn’t work.
