Guild Wars 2

The new Superior Sigil of Bounty has its stacks removed everytime the player swaps weapon or form (celestial avatar, shroud, etc). Even if the weapon being swapped to also has the sigil. This happens with no other stacking sigil in the game.
This effectively makes the sigil un-usable as of this time.

Anet, you have had several patches since the release and this BUG still has not been solved. What is going on?
