The sigil is even 1 year old. How can it be bugged like that?

Look on the bright side… this 1 year old sigil has only been completely useless for a few weeks (since the really buggy patch).
The 1 year old Grandmaster Trait Radiant Retaliation has been completely non-functional for nearly 6 months!
