Superior sigil of strength doesnt seem to proc as often as it should it gives a stack of might 10% of the time instead of 30%, i noticed this because my trait has 30% to proc vulnerability on crits and every fight it will stack around 10 vulnerabilty on the mob but sigil of strength gives me about 1 or 2 stacks per fight. Please look into this devs, thanks for reading.
