Ive tested this a lot ingame and ive noticed that for certain the 5% condi damage stat on the full set of runes isn’t adding to your condition damage stat currently. It may well be that the 5% power damage stat on the runes is broken as well atm. Would it be possible to check and possibly fix these issues? ive invested in several sets of these runes to use on various armors and was extremely disappointed to find them broken. A timely fix would be extremely nice if possible.
you can reproduce this issue by adding and removing the 6th superior rune of the beserker from your armor and seeing that the condition damage stat does not increase.

I don’t run that rune myself, but I was always under the impression that it increased the condition damage output instead of the condition damage stat.

I.e. You actually need to compare each tick of burn/bleed/etc to see if the rune is working, not the value shown in your hero panel.

yeah we really are in need of a working tooltip/stats system which is actually showing whats going on
it does not help at all that somewhere in the wiki you can find certain modifiers which make you realiz which skills work better with critdmg and which not why is such info hiden ingame ? why is something like that even there ?

The biggest issue here is that Condition Damage is both a stat and a type of damage, similar to Power and (regular) Damage. This rune set doesn’t clearly distinguish between the two, however it should increase the resulting condition damage the same way that sigil of force does.
