I have inserted a Superior rune of the elementalist on my head gear and it shows (7/6). All 6 set of bonus were highlighted in blue. Is it normal ?

It’s normal. It counts the amount of runes you have in sPvP, too. Elementalists have their armors with Sup RoftE by default in there.

I have 1 rune only. Not 6 runes to get all the effect ? In pve I encounter this problem.

Well, it shows the number of runes you have equiped in PvE and sPvP combined. But you’ll still get only the first rune effect in PvE.
