i found an annoying bug with this sigil, the superior sigil of energy. i’m a staff/mace+focus supporter guardian, using staff as main weapon and switching ti mace in melee. on my mace i have this sigil, but i never get my endurance refilled when i switch my weapons.

Switch weapon is 8 seconds, the cooldown is 9 seconds on sigil

Base weapon swap cooldown is 10 seconds, not 8. As far as I know the only way to beat the cooldown for this sigil is with the Warrior trait “Fast Hands”; Superior Rune of the Warrior reduces swap cooldown to 9 seconds, same as the sigil.

Remember that the sigil does not regenerate any endurance unless you are in combat when you swap weapons.

i only have the sigil on my secondary weapon, so the swap cd doesn’t really affect me so much…
Draconx, thank you for the video, i’ll try unequipping and re-equipping my weapon, hoping that it will finally work…i’ve never seen it proc at all since i’ve had it

nope, just tried unequipping and re-equipping my weapon but it still doesn’t work

Should also be noted that on-swap sigils share cd with on-crit sigils, so if your 10s on-swap sigil procs your 5 sec on-crit sigil is blocked for 10s and ofc the reverse applies as well.

edit: make sure you are in combat or on-swap wont trigger at all

The sigils also won’t work unless you’re in combat.

Yes, i switch my weapons in combat, and no, i don’t have any on-crit sigils, only an on-kill and another on-swap (the on-swap one is on the focus, which is paired with my mace). If the issue is that i can only have one on-swap sigil (both mace and focus have on-swap sigils, and the other sigil never gave me problems) then i’ll change the sigil; if it could be that the on-kill sigil on my staff gives me cd with the on-swap sigil, then i think i’m kinda screwed.
