This has been brought up before with Monk runes 6th bonus on elite skill use but supply crate doesnt activate the 6th bonus on Superior Runes of Lyssa too. Its suppose to cleanse conditions and give all boons but nothing happens in or out of combat. Would like to see this addressed since, according to forum history, it has been an issue for quite some time.
