Support Bug?
If you put in a request in-game, you won’t get a reply because those are only bug reports. You have to submit support tickets through the website. You should also only submit one support ticket. You should get a confirmation mail in your email after submitting your ticket, and it can take up to 3 days to get a reply from support (sometimes a bit longer, but not usually).
If you don’t get replies from support, it’s possible that your email is automatically blocking them. I had to manually add Anet’s support email address to some sort of list to make my hotmail account receive their emails.
