When I try to access support via the link at the top of this page I get the following from Firefox.

Your connection is not secure

The owner of en.support.guildwars2.com has configured their website improperly. To protect your information from being stolen, Firefox has not connected to this website.

This site uses HTTP Strict Transport Security (HSTS) to specify that Firefox may only connect to it securely. As a result, it is not possible to add an exception for this certificate.

Yes, there’s been a few posts.

It’s only the ‘en.’ redirect on the forums; the other site pages use the redirect without the ‘en.’ and they work fine.

Thus, the work-around is to use the ‘Community’ (or any other link above) first, then the ‘Support’ link.
