When I click on a “Submit Request” in the top right corner I am taken to https://help.guildwars2.com/anonymous_requests/new but I can’t submit any support request.
Do you have scripts turned off? Or cookies turned off?
Try using a different browser (IE, if you normally use FF, or Chrome or whatever).
