Whenever i create a support ticket, i get what seams to be an automated response from someone who couldn’t even read. When responding to it, no matter what it is I say, the other person simply does not seam to read it, yet I am supposed to read their whole response even when it doesnt help me because they did NOT respond to my question?

Their is also a couple that the support team has closed out of MULTIPLE TIMES without ever even sending me one response. I even re-opened them, just to have the support team BLATANTLY ignore me.

Also, when all else fails, they tell me that they have submitted the problem to the development team, and for my future reference, i can use the in game /bug or the forums to let the development team know, WHICH JUST DOES NOT WORKS!!!!! either the dev team doesnt care, which would be proven by their actions, or they never actually get the messages, meaning the corporate ceo’s of anet dont care and are intentionally screwing over the gamers.

Deleting this post only proves me right, if moderators want to prove me wrong, well actions do speak loader than words, and you can see what words your actions have inspired so far….

If the attitude in your post here is the same as in your submitted support tickets, I’d ignore you too. Glad I’m not in the customer service industry where people have to deal with this on a daily basis…

For future reference, be nice/respectful in your support tickets and you will almost always receive a helpful response. I’ve submitted maybe 5-ish tickets to them and all have been dealt with quickly, with me only having to deal with the initial automated response. Probably because I skipped all the QQ and got straight to the point.

Considering this thread isn’t an actual bug report, deleting it would simply be following the rules they set up for this sub-forum. It doesn’t prove you wrong or right.

I am nice the first couple times i try and contact them about a problem, but you can see how far that gets me.

If your question is answered in the automated responses, chances are you should have just typed your problem into google and it woulda taken you less than 5 mins, i.e. your the kind of person those responses are for.
