So several of my friends have created support tickets seeking help and the responses have been almost automated and a “sorry we can’t help you with this.”

Here is my example, from the known Sorrows Embrace armor:

I accidentally bought the medium armor for the dredge set shoulders. They will be in my inventory. Could I have the tokens refunded or have them replaced with light armor of the same stats? Thanks!

So I reviewed the vendor after farming out quite a few more badges. I bought the gloves for 330 because I wanted to buy the most expensive item next. Then I Realized that gloves are 180 tokens on all other vendors and the vestments are 330. Also if you view the armor the light armor is missing shoulders. They are medium only even with the light graphic. I want to make sure that the messed up tokens arent going to change. So, I bought the gloves for 330 and they don’t go down to 180 and the vestments go up to 330. Please let me know! (update to I bought the medium armor power,vit,toughness shoulders from furnace set and I can’t equip them as a necro.) would like them changed to light shoulders or tokens replaced.
