I get this when I click the Support link:

The owner of en.support.guildwars2.com has configured their website improperly. To protect your information from being stolen, Firefox has not connected to this website.

This site uses HTTP Strict Transport Security (HSTS) to specify that Firefox may only connect to it securely. As a result, it is not possible to add an exception for this certificate.

Yes, some of us get that message. I’m guessing not enough people get the error to have it fixed.

You can access the Support site from any other Guildwars2 site. Anything that doesn’t use more than 2 dots in the redirect [en(dot)support(dot)guildwars2(dot)com]. It seems the certificate will only recognize 2 dots. (* .guildwars2.com, but not * . * .guildwars2.com)

Just go to ‘Releases’, ‘Community’, ‘Wiki’ and then use the ‘Support’ link and it will work.

Good luck.

Thank you. I also managed to get in to that same URL via Chrome.

Did you! It doesn’t work on Chrome for me. Nothing with 2 dots for that particular certificate in Chrome or Firefox.

As long as it hasn’t the language modifier, it works just fine.
