Guild Wars 2

I chose “Penetrating Ring of the Berserker” as my reward for this quest, but I received simply a “Penetrating ring” absent the “Berserker” upgrade jewel.

I have the same bug as well.

Don’t remember what variety I chose, but also recieved a Pentrating ring without the jewel the quest reward choices showed.

Same thing happened here. It was the quest reward for “Forewarned is Forearmed”.
