There are two issues with this logging tool:

1 – Sometimes it does not chop all 3 strikes from a tree at once, even if you let it finish channeling.

2 – Sometimes the tool roots you into place. I haven’t had this issue with my former logging axe, the dreamcleaver.

Please look into these issues.

It has been over two weeks, but I have exactly the same issues.

Rooting with Swarm Logging Flute is especially troublesome. It occurs almost every time in my case. This also forces you to wait additional 1-3 seconds before third strike gives you wood logs, making it ridiculously slow tool.

I hope it will get some tuning.

I’m having the same issue. It consistently (but not always) fails to cut a third log from trees.

Usually you can break the root by swapping weapons when you want to move again.

Why does it takes so long to fix this issue? i bought my swarm logging flute 2 days ago and the problems are still not fixed. It is so annoying that the third log takes sooooo long and fails every third time.
Additionally every third time I hear no sound from the flute.

Send a ticket in rather than hopelessly wait on these forums (has been my experience). That way they can look at this individually. Also you bought something from them that is not working as intended. They will certainly fix this in that case as it relates to gem store sales.

Already created a Ticket ingame and on 3rd January at the official GW2 Site. No reaction from Anet.
