Swift Arrow Skill Challenge Bugged.

Swift Arrow Skill Challenge in Caledon Forest seems bugged. Npc is not present but quest is active. I’m in Gate of Madness server.

similar on tarnished coast, he is visible but you can’t interact with him.
I logged out just now and when I logged back in I went to the overflow server and I was able to activate and complete the challenge

For those still waiting on it for 100% completion, try to move to another server. I jumped 3 servers before I found one where it was working. That server was Fort Aspenwood.

Anyone know a server with open slots that it works on? (Fort Aspenwood is full, sadly, so I can’t try there.) It’s the last thing I need for 100% on Caledon.
