Sylvari heavy armor not glowing
i believe this is working as intended, if i remember right, the only plant armor that glows is the heavy armor set from TA. could be wrong though

Bioluminescence
Sylvari cultural armor has some bioluminescence, just like sylvari themselves.
Not all of the pieces glow, and not all of them take on the chosen glow color of the sylvari wearing it; some of them just glow white.
Yup, I understand how it works. It currently isn’t working like it had been.
