In the Sylvari story quest, Mirror, Mirror, you are supposed to get an option at the end to seek help from Larra or Trahearne (I assume you are supposed to have a choice). No matter what dialogue option you pick, however, you go to Trahearne. Also, in the quest immediately after that one, the NPC is using a warhammer which makes chainsaw sounds.

Worked fine for me, went with Larra(screw that houseplant). And yes Carys’s hammer makes the same sounds as the Greatsaw greatsword.

Sometimes it’s necessary listening to the silence, it could tell more..

Beyreva, that’s weird…When I did the info dialogue for both choices, the choice said Trahearne. Female sylvari thief, level 37, named Solanaceae Atropa (if that matters at all)

Hmm if you never got the choice, had you tried exiting the instance and resetting the story? Or you continued with the “houseplant” path?

I can’t go back to that mission as I don’t have any more character slots available. Also I did this mission a couple of days ago(after the Halloween event ended/Before the dye patch). And if it may be server related, I’m on Underworld(EU).

Confirmed that this bug still exists as of the time of this post. Either option has text about picking Trahearne. Just to see if it was a typo, I clicked Larra, then I clicked the confirmation button (that mentioned Trahearne), and sure enough it sent me down Trahearne’s path.

Annoying, since I wanted Larra.
