I made a new sylvari the other day and everything seemed fine. I spoke to Caithe, downed the shadow of the dragon then… nothing. I got my level up but the scene with the other sylvari explaining I’d just woken up was gone
was this intentional?

bumping this because I’m still having the same issue. I just tried yesterday on a different computer to make a new sylvari and the dialogue was still missing. I have no language or second-party apps downloaded for GW2 I’m still hoping this is a bug and not intentional!!
