Hi, I managed to obtain a code for the new t-shirt giveaway today. I entered it in the Black Lion Trading Co. Redeem Code box, and I got confirmation of the t-shirt, showing a picture of it and some text telling me I get it the next time I log in.

I’ve logged in twice since then and I can’t find the t-shirt. Where am I supposed to find it? I checked the BLTC, talked to a representative, and it’s not in my inventory. Please help.

Did it get sent to your mail box?

If it is not in your mail make sure that your mail box is not full as this will prevent some mail from reaching you and is stored until your mail box is not full.
