Someone say game crash must be related to OOM
when you read the log it’s not related to that whatsoever…
Basically the topic says all, but I cannot use the WP to respawn, and it’s even contested when revived, just to note, we are not in combat
There are all sorts of things that the game considers to be “in combat” — if any party member is suffering from a condition, has recently taken falling damage, and, rarely, not stowing weapons automatically. I don’t know if that applies to your situation.
However, for things like this, try to use the in-game bug reporting feature (command: /bug). This way, the bug report automatically includes your server, specific location, and makes it easy for the dev team to see what you were doing right before. Posting on the forums makes it more difficult for them to troubleshoot.
(There are some bugs worth reporting in both places…and others probably better reported in the forums alone.)

Yh, know that, but if they are in combat there should be something similar “You cannot fast-travel while in combat”, and Yes I should have used the in game bug report tool, but today I forgot, will remember this for the next time, and I will play same dungeon tomorrow, so I can check if it happens again, and it may have been one time issue it seems, cause I was able to respawn at another time, but something I will keep an eye at, was the TA path forward – up, and at the swarm thing, died and was unable to respawn, while allies could.
