why is it that i cant see my TA armor glow effects while some people can see it?

my guild mates can see my TA armors (heavy) glow while in my screen there are no effects., i know that TA armors has glow effects especially when i saw one in the forum dungeon treads (light TA armor set) and one of my guild mates having his heavy TA set glow.,

I think its not about the settings because one of them saw my armor glow while he was on low vid settings.,while i was on high vid settings

Any suggestions?

Sorry dude but I disagree my settings are on highest I have full TA heavy and it has never glowed nether has any other set I have seen . If your referring to his hands in the video I think you’ll find its the buff his is under generating that effect. Sure it has crazy lighting/reflections but it doesn’t glow.

its not really the whole armor you will see that some of the details of the armor glows.,like the spots on his sleeve and his pants.,and one of my guild mates also said it only glows on rare dyes.,
