TA new path, last boss' room problems.
(Btw I opened a new thread as I thought the argument was relatively different from the other discussion on the last boss’ ending bug, wich has even already been hotfixed. Here I’m talking about bugs of the scenario and of the fight itself. At any rate, feel free to move/merge as you prefer)
I agree, these issues you’ve outlined are of a different nature and stand apart from the cutscene bug that has been hotfixed and separate attention should be given to them.

I just experienced at least a couple of these.
The boss not resetting those 30 stacks is probably the worst since it puts your whole party at a massive disadvantage right from the start. We only finally managed to beat the thing the one time this didn’t happen.
The broken generators definitely do some weird things. My character seemed to be warping around when near one, which happened at the worst time as I was trying to melee/kite/dodge/deal-with-the-boss.
