I recommend you create a support ticket (link at top, use the “ask a question” option).
FYI occasionally, items sent via mail are delayed for 30-90 minutes for reasons that are unclear.

Yeah i just spent 900 gems and have yet not recieved my items for the last 15 mins, giving it an hour then ill throw a ticket in as above post suggested
And i just received my goods, so there ya go.
