Hello,

I wish to report a bug which is making me unable to buy/sell in TP. It’s been happening since yesterday.
Just FYI, I have restarted atleast 10 times but it isn’t working either.

Kindly look into this and solve as soon as possible.

I had this issue a very long time ago and was required to file a support ticket to get it resolved as it only affects some people. Some have just waited it out and after a week or so it was back to working, but I suggest filing a support ticket as it may actually help with getting your TP working again quicker.

Sorry that I couldn’t actually offer you a way to fix it without going the Support route. I despise “file a ticket” as being an answer to a problem and I do not wish Support interaction on anyone if it is not necessary. But I think it is the only way with this issue. :\
