Hi all,

I bought item at TP, got hint pointing to my mail box (2nd purchase) , but no hint credit for achieve.

Is achieve meant we need to charge gems with real money, then buy items or it simply bug?

I’m a bit lost, please advise.

Hint tells “Gem Store Purchase” and tells us about global mail, so nothing about gem charge, but may be it written in incorrect way?

Any help would be appreciate.

It is when you buy an item from the gem store using gems, gems can be acquired from gold or from real life money.

that what I did: I bought 2 items from Gem (Item) Store, but still have this hint not done.

I got hint pointing to mail box too, opened mail, got item, so hint MUST be accomplished. But it’s not.

Anyone else have same issue?
Nobody from Anet care to answer or fix?
