The Necro trait “Target The Weak” from the Curses line isn’t activating at all.
The text states that the trait grants an extra 2% critical chance for each condition on your foe yet regardless of the used skill there was absolutely no increase whatsoever to my critical chance.
I tested with scepter, staff, shouts and Signet of Spite (which by itself should grant an extra 14% crit chance) and none granted any bonus to my crit chance at all.
I’m going by the readout on the equipment screen which does show the percentage increase for all other applied skills regarding crit chance so my assumption is that this one should be showing as well.
