Noticed that, since new patch(25-08), in sPvP a target sticks on a mesmer or thief.
So if you put target on mesmer, mesmer stealths comes visible again the target is still there.
Dont mind fighting mesmers this way, but i dont think its intended.
Probably works with other classes that stealth too, but didnt check.
